The votes are in. We had 15 people for Stanwood and 9 people for Zoom.
The decision was made to have the meeting in Stanwood (see below).
We hope those that voted for Zoom will join us in Stanwood as well as any other members that did not vote. All are welcome.
We will continue to monitor the Covid-19 status and update accordingly.
THE NEXT EVENT Nov 15, 2020
BUSINESS AND PLANNING MEETING FOR OUR 2021 EVENTS
Date: Sunday, November 15, 2020
Time: 11:00 am
Amigo Family Mexican Restaurant
6996 265th St NW #101, Stanwood, WA 98292
Please come join us for the annual OCTC November Calendar of Events Meeting.
Last month Clarke Hamm’s local car club had a successful meeting in Stanwood at Amigo Family Mexican Restaurant. It worked out very well. They expanded their eating area out into an area that is normally empty. This way they set up tables that were spread apart. You could either sit alone or with others. They had 29 people and had the area to themselves.
For those of you new to OCTC, the business portion of this event can be a bit dreary, but it is also your chance to have a say in what events you would like to see on the Olympic Calendar for 2021. If you have any ideas, it's always helpful to let your Trustees know ahead of time, but last minute ideas are also welcome.
This event is always a great opportunity to get to know your fellow Olympic members.
Hope to see many of you here.
Agenda:
1. Making choices and scheduling our next year’s Calendar of Events.
2. Presenting Longevity Pins to those who have earned them.
3. Any other club business.
We’re Reaching Out to You for Event Ideas!
Again, we are asking for your help with ideas to fill our 2021 Calendar. As wonderful as our members are, it seems a struggle to get enough ideas and volunteers to host our monthly outings. We truly need your support on this! Please know we can’t do it without your input, and we’re urging members to offer suggestions so we can choose from a nice variety. We’d very much like to hear from some of our newer members, as well as from those who have volunteered in the past. We would rather have too many ideas to pick from than not enough. Sending us your ideas in advance of the meeting allows the Trustees to review them and put them into a tentative schedule to present at the meeting. It makes the meeting a lot more orderly and organized. We welcomenon car-related ideas as much as the car-related ones. We look forward to hearing from as many of you as possible.
We can use some of the events that were not used in 2020 for our calendar of events planning for 2021.
You can contact any of the four Trustees listed below. Thank you.

Please plan to attend this important meeting.
THIS IS YOUR CLUB!! GET INVOLVED.
Please RSVP by 11/8/2020, using the form below, so we can give the restaurant a count for the table set-up.
