"Birds on Beale" - Memphis, TN

The Memphis Classic Thunderbird Club invites all CTCI members and guests to "Birds on Beale", the 2012 CTCI International Convention, in Memphis, TN! The event will be held at the Cook Convention Center and adjoining Marriott Hotel in downtown Memphis. It promises to be an exceptional convention, with an indoor Concours d'Elegance and exciting tours of Memphis's many attractions. Indoor Concours! Summer heat and Mother Nature will not be in attendance, because the concours will be held indoors! The Main Exhibit Hall of The Cook Convention Center provides up to 124,000 square feet of air conditioned, polished concrete, high ceiling exhibit space where the 'Birds will rest comfortably while on display. Tours and Sightseeing! The "Home of the Blues" and the "Birthplace of Rock 'n' Roll" - The attractions are plentiful in Memphis! Beale Street, the Mississippi River, Sun Studio, Graceland, and World Famous BBQ will all be on the agenda. Additionally, the Memphis Trolley line runs from the front entrance of the hotel and convention center, providing convenient and enjoyable transport to downtown attractions, restaurants, and the River!
